Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident ordering from EVA DESIGNS. If an item has a manufacturing issue, wrong item, or serious damage on delivery, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags/packaging where applicable.
- Items altered, damaged after delivery, stained or used may not qualify.
- Some hygiene-sensitive innerwear items may be non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
Return process
- Contact us on WhatsApp/call within 48 hours.
- Share your order number, issue and photos.
- After approval, we will provide return instructions.
- Refunds for approved prepaid orders are made to the original payment method after the returned item is checked.
Refund timeline
Once an approved return reaches us and passes inspection, we normally initiate the eligible refund within 3–5 business days. Bank/payment-provider processing time may vary.
